Everything tastes so fresh! Just this last week I purchased A LOT of meat and chicken. I have been very busy taking my kids to different specialists for testing. I bought the meat and put it in the fridge and TOTALLY SPACED moving it to the freezer!! Since I live in Mc Cordsville, I try to buy for a couple of weeks worth of dinners. I seal everything with my vacuum sealer and put in the freezer. I discovered my mistake 5 days later and called Joe to see if any of it was still good. I explained that I have been so stressed out over my kids that I just forgot. He told me none of the meat, chicken, or pork would be of any use, and he apologized. I told him it wasn't HIS fault, it was mine. He told me to remind him the next time I came in and he would give me 10% off to help me out a bit. I was so shocked! I told him he didn't have to do that and he said, "No, I don't. But, that is why you come here and not Marsh." Best products hands down, and best customer service hands down! I will never shop anywhere else for my butcher shop needs! Joe, you are awesome! Thank you! Good luck and I hope you win!!"
