Joe's "Atlas" Style Beef Tenderloin

"We picked up your "Atlas Special (Style)" tenderloins for Christmas Eve.  We did them in the oven with garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce rub.  450 degrees for 15 minutes and then down to 350 until 135 degrees (medium rare).  I will tell you and everyone else... we bought Atlas for many years...these were far superior to any that we have ever had...cut like butter...Thank you."

Joe's Reserve Bone-In Standing Ribeye Roast "I was a first time customer on Saturday and ordered a 10Lb prime rib.  I've cooked a few of these in my time but this was by far the best cut of meat I've ever had... ever!  I found the horseradish sauce recipe on cooks.com and it was wonderful as well....I can assure you that you will be the ONLY place I buy meat and fish from for as long as I'm living in the area!  Thanks for the great first experience..."

"Hey Joe - First of all, thanks for taking the time to talk to me when I called during an obviously busy time for you... that is one of the many reasons I continue to take the long way home to shop at  Joe's. Second, the Turkey recipe was dead on! The one thing I was not able to do was to cook it breast side down, however that was due to the fact that I stuffed the bird and I was concerned how I would flip it over to get the stuffing out once I removed it. this was my first non-fried turkey that I, personally, have cooked and it was the most tender bird I've ever had.  Thanks for putting the guidance out there and thanks for going above and beyond... I am a customer for life!"

Rose Mary Mallos, Carmel Bone and Raw Food - BARF, Pet Foods With all the recalls in dog food, I finally got my nerve and put my two wheatens on a raw food diet.  I fortunately called Joe's Butcher Shop and found out that they carry turkey necks and femur bones which are cut to size of dog's mouth.  I haven't been home more than an hour, and my dogs are so happy with their bones!!!!  I am so thankful that your butcher shop is considerate of dog owners who want to try the BARF, aka raw food diet.  THANKS from two very happy wheaten terriers!!!

Hugo Utida, Carmel Custom Made "Linguica" Brazilian Sausage I am one of the Brazilian guys who is working at Lilly.  We had our Brazilian Barbecue yesterday and it was great!  The sausage was awesome!!  Everybody loved it and made really good comments.  Thanks for the custom "Linguiça".  We tried to save some of it so you could try but there were no leftovers at all.
     
Vic Geib, Beach Park, IL Joe's Reserve Tenderloin Filet Mignon I recently visited my daughter in Carmel, In. over July 4, 2007. She served us Joe's (Reserve Filet Mignon) famous filet mignon. It was clearly the best steak I had ever eaten. I bought some to take home and the results were similar. What I would like to know is can I purchase a tenderloin and have you cut it into filets, tenderloin steaks and a roast and if so what is the yield and price? My daughter will be visiting me in a couple weeks and I would like for her to pick up a tenderloin before she leaves. Thanks.
