Joe's Premium Oven-Ready Meat Loaf

 

Form 1 3/4-2 lbs. Joe's Premium Oven-Ready Meat Loaf into a loaf.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat outer surface with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Sprinkle on coarse kosher salt to form a salty outer crust.

Mix ground black pepper and/or dried cayenne pepper with salt, if desired.

Place Joe's Premium Oven-Ready Meat Loaf in appropriate cooking vessel.

Place on middle cooking rack in oven.

Cook for 1-1 1/4 hours or until juices run clear from the meat.

Cover leftovers with aluminum foil or in Ziploc bag and store appropriately.

Serve and enjoy!
